K5L-F series shrink wrapping machine is a series which has been designed by Özçağdaş makina’s best engineers and designers. It is used in food, cosmetics, chemical, printing press, gift, toy, stationery and many other sectors where plastic packaging is required. The products are transferred through the conveyor belt to the L sealing area where the open sides of the products is sealed with L sealing bar. After the sealing process, the products are transferred to the shrink heat tunnel, where the film shrinks and takes the shape of the product due to the applied heat. This kind of packaging gives the product a good appearance and also protects the product from abrasion, scratches and dust during storage and transportation.
