Terms of use

1. The service

TurkeySuppliers.net (the “platform”) is operated by MA Group, Istanbul, Türkiye. It lets buyers find Turkish suppliers, send messages and buying requests, and lets suppliers present their companies and products. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms.

2. Our role

The platform introduces buyers and suppliers. Unless you order a separate MA Group service in writing (sourcing, inspection, shipping), MA Group is not a party to any sale between a buyer and a supplier and does not guarantee price, quality, delivery or payment. Always agree the details in a written contract.

3. Accounts

Give true information and keep your password private. One company per supplier account. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that give false information, misuse the platform or harm other users.

4. Supplier content

Suppliers are responsible for their company information, product listings, prices and photos, and confirm they have the right to publish them. Listings must be legal, accurate and not copy other brands. We may edit, hide or remove listings that break these terms. Products imported from the old TurkeySuppliers.net site stay hidden until the supplier confirms them.

5. Messages and translation

Messages are translated automatically between Arabic, English and Turkish by an AI service; translations may contain mistakes, so check important details (prices, quantities, specs) with the original text, which is always available.

To prevent fraud and spam, MA Group may review messages and buying requests. Do not use the platform to send spam, offensive content, or to collect payments outside an agreed contract.

6. Credits

Suppliers use credits to open a chat with a new buyer (1 credit covers the same buyer for 30 days) and to answer a published buying request (1 credit per answer, up to 5 suppliers per request). Each approved supplier receives 6 free credits once. More credits are sold in packs, paid in advance by bank transfer. Credits do not expire and stay on the account until used.

Credits have no cash value and are not refundable, except that we return the credit when a buyer is confirmed fake after a report. Pack prices may change; credits already bought are not affected.

7. Verification badges

Badges describe checks we made at a given time (tax registration, visit). They are not a guarantee of future performance.

8. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MA Group is not liable for losses from dealings between users, from wrong listings or translations, or from interruptions of the service. Our total liability to a supplier is limited to the fees that supplier paid in the last 12 months.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are competent. Questions: info@ma-group.org
