K4PE-F Automatic shrink wrapping machine is a series designed by Özçğadaş Makina’s best engineers and designers. It has an automatic feeding system and easily integrated into production lines for fully automatic packaging operations. It is used in a wide range of sectors such as ladder, parquest, panel, shelf, door, windows, furniture. The production capacity depends on the product size, product type, material and thickness of the shrink film. The products are automatically wrapped with shrink film, which is fed from the lower and upper. The sealing bar seals shrink film and the discharge conveyor transfers the products to the shrink tunnel. The polyethylene film tightly wraps product with temperature inside the tunnel and the film is cooled by the fan at the exit of the tunnel to take the form of the product. Besides provides a good image to the product, protects the products from abrasion, scratch and dust during storage and transportation.
