Carpet Beating and Dust Removal Machine D5042

This product is an industrial carpet dust removal and beating machine that quickly removes and vacuums solid carpet contaminants such as broken fibers, dust mites, unwanted dust and foreign particles located within the pile before carpet washing. On very dirty carpets it can accelerate the washing process by over 50% and reduce consumable use. The carpet is fed to the machine with its reverse side up and is vibrated at 1,200 blows per minute from the back side and 600 blows per minute from the front side. The supplied high‑suction dust extraction unit transfers the dust lifted by the stainless steel beater to the dust bag via strong airflow. At the end of the process the carpet surface is left ready for washing, facilitating an easier wash. Airborne dust is trapped inside the dust cabinet and vacuumed.
