Nap refers to the upright fibers of a carpet. The Carpet Nap Raising and Packing Machine is an industrial carpet brushing, vacuuming and packing machine that quickly brushes and vacuums loose nap fibers, hair, household dust and similar carpet residues after carpet washing. Using this machine you can perform final inspection, stain checking, perfuming and packing for washed and dried carpets. Some types of carpets experience excessive nap disruption after washing. If these carpets are not subjected to a final inspection process, they can appear excessively soiled. This machine performs multiple operations including nap teasing and polishing, which simplifies the final inspection before delivery to the customer and gives the operator confidence. LED lighting makes stains on the carpet easier to see, enabling the operator to perform fast stain checks. Used at the finishing stage of carpet washing, the product facilitates the quality control step many companies need and is used to comb and lift carpet nap. A dust extraction unit with 4000 m³/h suction capacity transfers dust and loose nap lifted by four helical brushes rotating at 1500 RPM into a dust bag with a strong airflow, providing a hygienic sheen on the carpet surface. Proper lifting of the carpet nap gives a renewed appearance. A roller brush at the inlet provides bottom brushing so that dust on the back surface falls off before the carpet is rolled, preventing re-contamination when the carpet is formed into a roll. A roll carpet bagging attachment on the machine allows rolled carpets to be bagged and packed, making them ready for dispatch.
