Carpet Beating and Dust Extraction Machine D4025S

This product is an industrial carpet dust extraction and beating machine that quickly removes and vacuums solid carpet contaminants such as fiber fragments, house dust mites, unwanted dust and foreign particles from the pile before carpet washing. On very soiled carpets it can accelerate the washing process by more than 50% and reduce consumable use. The carpet is fed to the machine with the reverse side up and vibrated from the back side at 1200 beats per minute and from the pile side at 600 beats per minute. The supplied high‑suction dust extraction unit transfers the dust lifted by the stainless beating element into a dust bag by means of strong airflow. After processing the carpet surface is ready for washing and allows easier washing. Airborne dust is captured inside the dust chamber and vacuumed.
