• CAT DZ141T digital inverter welder with TIG LIFT and MMA (stick) modes, rated up to 140 A. Supplied as a carry-case type unit. Includes CAT DX37 handheld angle grinder. • MMA/stick welding: supports electrodes in the 1.6 mm–3.25 mm range. • Dual-mode: MMA (arc/stick) and TIG LIFT (argon) capabilities for wider application. • Suitable for carbon steel, alloy steels, various iron and steel metals, stainless steel, cast iron and cellulose electrodes where appropriate. • MCU inverter technology supports rutile, basic, cellulose, chrome and cast iron electrodes. • TIG LIFT (argon) mode allows clean welding on stainless steel and aluminum alloys when using an externally supplied TIG torch and argon gas. • LED digital display with adjustable current up to 140 A for precise settings. • HOT START feature provides automatic high-start current to ease arc initiation and reduce electrode sticking. • ANTI STICKING feature reduces electrode sticking by providing adaptive constant current. • ARC FORCE feature stabilizes current to reduce arc fluctuation. • Typical applications: shipbuilding, storage tanks, boiler manufacturing, pipeline welding, cast steel, galvanized sheets, heavy machinery parts, assembly and repair of non-alloy steels. • Note: TIG torch and argon gas are supplied separately; electrode types and materials should be used according to manufacturer recommendations.
