Hidromat units attach to the pump discharge and convert the pump into a hydro-pneumatic unit without the need for a balance tank or pressure switch. There is an internal check valve located under the Hidromat body. As it is protected against dry running, it can be connected directly to the mains together with the pump without a separate tank.
