Built-in microcomputer automatically analyzes battery condition and selects optimal charging settings according to battery type, capacity and state of discharge. Fixed-voltage and fixed-current support charge to address zero-voltage batteries and balance cell voltages to extend battery life. Safety feature to prevent vehicle movement while charging when connected to a 20 A relay, disabling the vehicle during charging.
