Polyurethane-based top coat waterproofing membrane. Excellent adhesion. High resistance to moisture and weather conditions. UV resistant; typical color change and dusting seen in some polyurethane waterproofing products are not observed. Easy to apply (roller or airless spray). Forms a glossy, easy-to-clean surface. Suitable for light pedestrian traffic. Creates a seamless, continuous layer without joints or gaps. Does not transmit water or de-icing salts. Used as a final coat over polyurethane-based waterproofing materials to protect waterproofing, provide a decorative finish, maintain surface gloss and prevent dusting.
