Typical cycle: shampoos, washes, dewaters and winds a 6‑metre carpet in about 3 minutes. Designed for companies washing over 250 m² per day; can operate in two shifts to reach up to 1,500 m²/day. Conveyor-belt design: dirty carpets fed at the front exit at the rear shampooed, groomed, vacuumed, brushed, rinsed and rolled for continuous operation. Requires 2 operators and 2 carpet wringers to run at full capacity. Constructed from corrosion-resistant European 304 grade chrome stainless steel. Robust chassis and durable conveyor belt for heavy-duty factory use. Touch panel control for easy operation. Can run intermittently with 1 operator and continuously with 2 operators. Brush rotation direction is reversible for extended service life.
