Nap refers to the upright fibers of a carpet. The Carpet Nap Brushing and Packing Machine is an industrial carpet brushing, vacuuming and packing machine that quickly brushes and vacuums nap fragments, hair, household dust and similar carpet debris after carpet washing. Using this machine you can perform final inspection, stain check, perfuming and packing of washed and dried carpets. Some carpet types experience excessive nap raising after washing. If these carpets are not subjected to a final inspection, they can appear excessively dirty. This machine performs many operations including fiber raising and polishing, which simplifies the final inspection before delivery to the customer and gives confidence to the operator. LED lighting makes stains on the carpet easier to see and enables the operator to perform quick stain checks. Used at the finishing stage of carpet washing, the product facilitates the quality control step companies need and is used to comb and raise carpet fibers. A dust extraction unit with 4000 m³/h suction power conveys the dust and nap fragments lifted by four helix brushes rotating at 1500 RPM into a dust bag with a strong airflow, providing a hygienic shine on the carpet surface. Proper raising of the nap gives the carpet a renewed feel. A roller brush at the entry provides brushing of the underside; dust on the back surface is removed before the carpet is formed into a roll, preventing re-dusting when rolled. A roller carpet bagging device on the machine bags the rolled carpet for packaging, making it ready for dispatch.
