Traditional Mandi spice blend for preparing mandi, a meat-and-rice dish originating from Yemen and the Arabian Peninsula and now eaten across South Asia. Typically used with lamb (the traditional protein) or with chicken; mandi is often cooked in a special underground oven (tabun).
