Name: Ball joint OVALING On our two-roller machines capable of producing up to 20 tons of compressive force, we can cold-form all types of screws, worm gears and spline profiles with diameters from Ø3 mm to Ø30 mm and up to 3 mm lead, in much shorter times than machining methods. Using specially manufactured rollers matched to the workpiece, we can perform surface hardening and polishing of the external surface to reduce the roughness produced by machining.
