Akfix PA005 Hard PVC Adhesive 50 g

Akfix PA005 is a solvent-based PVC adhesive containing stabilised tetrahydrofuran, formulated for bonding uPVC pressure and drainage pipes with uPVC fittings. Designed for resistance to shear stress in pressurised piping (e.g., potable water and gas lines) and for drainage and connection pipes. Features: - Resistant to high pressure (up to 16 bar) - Water resistant - Chemical resistance, including inorganic acids - Rapid curing with maximum leak-tightness - Excellent gap-filling properties - Good adhesion over large surfaces - Suitable for hot and cold water pipes (up to 60°C) - Resistant to bacteria Standards: DIN 16970, BS 4346, ASTM D2564, NEN 7106.
