The Carpet Nap Grooming and Packing Machine is an industrial carpet brushing, vacuuming and packing machine that quickly removes nap fragments, hair, household dust and similar dirt from carpets after washing. With this machine you can perform final inspection, stain checking, perfuming and packaging of washed and dried carpets. Some carpet types experience excessive nap raising after washing. If these carpets do not undergo a final inspection step, they can appear very dirty. This machine, which performs multiple operations including fiber teasing and polishing, makes the final pre-delivery inspection easier and gives the operator confidence. Adequate lifting of the nap produces a renewed feel to the carpet. A roller brush at the machine inlet performs under-brushing so that dust on the carpet backside is removed before the carpet is rolled; this prevents re-soiling when the carpet is rolled. A built-in roller carpet bagging attachment allows rolled carpets to be bagged and packaged, making them ready for delivery or service.
