Carpet Beating and Dust Removal Machine D4025

This product is an industrial carpet dust removal and beating machine that quickly removes and vacuums solid carpet contaminants such as loose fibers, dust mites, unwanted dust and foreign matter lodged between pile before carpet washing. For very soiled carpets it can accelerate the washing process by over 50% and reduce consumable usage. The carpet is fed into the machine from the reverse side and vibrated at 1,200 beats per minute from the back side and 600 beats per minute from the front side. The machine includes a high-suction dust extraction unit; the strong airflow transfers the dust lifted by the stainless beating element into a dust bag. After processing the carpet surface is left ready for washing and facilitates easier washing. Airborne dust is trapped inside the dust chamber and vacuumed.
