WORX WA7161 MAKERX 20V HUBX variable-speed adapter with USB port. Compatible with all Worx 20V Li-ion batteries and all MAKERX series professional hobby tools regardless of amp-hour rating. Uses Worx POWER SHARE Li-ion battery technology to run 20V Worx MAKERX cordless products with any 20V Worx battery. When connected to a Worx Li-ion battery, the adapter provides a 5V/2A USB output port for fast charging of rechargeable electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, drones, MP3 players, and cameras. POWER SHARE technology also allows using a 20V WORX battery with Worx tools rated 20V/40V/80V and allows 40V/80V batteries (supplied with those products) to be used with 20V Worx MAKERX hobby tools. The externally purchased 20V Li-ion battery and the WA7161 adapter mounted on the battery include a voltage/speed control knob for adjusting MAKERX tool speed and for on/off control, independent of amp-hour value. Features a 120 cm flexible braided lightweight compact power cable designed to reduce fatigue during extended soldering or long-duration work. For safety, the HUBX adapter will prevent the tool from running if left open and only powers the tool when the trigger is closed after reconnecting. A flashing illuminated on/off button indicates adapter on/off status to inform the user. Includes a belt hook for convenient use while moving or working standing.
