Carpet Beating and Dust Removal Machine D4035

This is an industrial carpet dust removal and beating machine that quickly removes and vacuums solid carpet contaminants such as fiber fragments trapped between pile, dust mites, unwanted dust and foreign particles before carpet washing. On very dirty carpets it can speed up washing by more than 50% and reduce consumable use. The carpet is fed into the machine with its reverse side facing up and is vibrated at 1,200 strokes per minute from the back side and 600 strokes per minute from the front side. The supplied high‑suction dust extraction unit transfers the dust lifted by the stainless beater into a dust bag through a strong airflow. After processing the carpet surface is ready for washing and allows easier washing. Airborne dust is contained within the dust cabinet and vacuumed away.
