Carpet Beating and Dust Extraction Machine D4035S

Industrial carpet dust extraction and beating machine used before washing to quickly remove and vacuum solid dirt such as loose fibers, dust mites, unwanted dust and foreign matter from carpet pile. For very dirty carpets it can speed up washing by over 50% and reduce consumable use. The carpet is fed into the machine from the reverse side and vibrated: 1,200 beats per minute on the back side and 600 beats per minute on the front side. A high-suction dust extraction unit supplied with the machine transfers the dust lifted by the stainless steel beater into a dust bag using strong airflow. At the end of the process the carpet surface is prepared for washing and allows easier washing; airborne dust is contained inside the dust cabinet and vacuumed.
